Grace in the Fire: A Journey Back to Myself

Speaker Abstract - Jennifer Stockhill, Co-Founder Teyana Wellness

Grace in the Fire is a raw, honest exploration of what it means to lose everything you thought your life would be—and slowly, intentionally rebuild from the inside out. Drawing from her lived experience through unimaginable grief, the dissolution of a marriage, and the unraveling of identity, Jenn Stockhill offers audiences a compassionate roadmap for navigating profound personal upheaval with courage, emotional ownership, and grounded resilience.

Through storytelling that is both vulnerable and deeply empowering, Jenn invites listeners into the pivotal moments that broke her open—and ultimately led her back to herself. She shares the practical, accessible tools that supported her healing journey: the power of pause, reflective journaling, sound healing, emotional accountability, ritual, and mindful presence. These practices, once lifelines in her darkest seasons, have become cornerstones of her work with individuals, organizations, and communities seeking meaningful growth.

Anchored in the themes of her upcoming book, Jenn illuminates universal truths about grief, transformation, and the human experience: that healing is not linear, that emotional clarity is a discipline, and that we are most powerful when we learn to release what no longer serves us. She challenges audiences to step into their own “remembering”—to reconnect with intuition, reclaim their voice, and rebuild their lives from a place of authenticity rather than survival.

With warmth, humor, and grounded wisdom, Jenn offers a message of hope: we are not meant to walk through life’s fires alone. And no matter how broken we feel, we always have the capacity to rise—stronger, softer, and more aligned than before.

This talk is ideal for audiences seeking tools for emotional resilience, personal growth, leadership grounded in self-awareness, and the courage to begin again.

Building Alignment: Leading From Mind, Body, and Spirit

Speaker Abstract: Dr. Christine Fiori, Co-Founder, Teyana Wellness

From construction sites and engineering labs to academic leadership and global service projects, Dr. Christine Fiori has learned that the most sustainable structures we build are the ones within ourselves. Drawing on her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and decades of leading teams in high-pressure environments, Christine blends evidence-based leadership tools with mind-body-spirit practices to help leaders perform at a high level without sacrificing their well being or values.

In this interactive session, “Building Alignment: Leading From Mind, Body, and Spirit,” Christine introduces a practical framework for integrating clarity of mind, regulation of the body, and purpose-driven spirit into everyday leadership. Using accessible engineering metaphors—foundations, load paths, tolerances—she demystifies alignment and shows why it is not a “soft” add-on, but a strategic advantage that reduces errors, burnout, and reactivity.

Participants will experience simple, research-informed practices they can use immediately Christine also shares the CENTER method and a “Project Plan for Your Life” framework that translate alignment into concrete rituals, decisions, and metrics leaders can sustain over time.

Grounded in the mission of Teyana Wellness—to create spaces where personal and professional growth intertwine—this talk is designed for leaders in construction, education, and other demanding sectors who are ready to move beyond chronic urgency and build organizations where performance and humanity reinforce each other. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to:

- Recognize signs of misalignment in themselves and their teams

- Regulate their nervous system under pressure for better decisions

- Connect daily actions to core values and long-term purpose

- Foster psychological safety, engagement, and resilience across their organizations

This session offers a compelling invitation—and a clear roadmap—for leaders who want to build not just successful projects and institutions, but thriving, connected communities.
